Five Pro Tips

The latest trend in Korean beauty is CC cream. If you are looking for a product to nourish your skin and make it appear smoother, brighter and more even, the CC cream is the right choice.

There are CC creams available at all price points, from mass-market to masstige and even some truly luxurious products. There are CC creams for all skin types and colors. CC creams can enhance your skin’s natural tone rather than covering it up. Many manufacturers offer a range between five and six shades.

Choose the best product for you

Undoubtedly, you are aware of the many beauty creams available. You want to ensure that you choose the best one for you and your skin.

BB (beauty cream): BB cream moisturizes and soothes the skin, while toning down redness. Although it is suitable for all skin types and may not be suitable for oily skin, some may be too heavy.

CC (color control cream): CC cream brightens sallow complexion, tone redness and improves skin texture. It’s suitable for all skin types.

Daily defense (DD) cream: The DD cream protects the skin from the sun’s harmful rays and helps to reduce the signs of ageing. They can block pores and are not recommended for oily skin.

Extra exfoliation (EE) cream: This cream removes dead skin cells and renews the skin’s surface. It also protects against UV rays. Some EE creams contain anti-acne ingredients. They are not recommended for use on sensitive or thin skin.

PP (pink perfection) cream: The PP cream can be used as a primer to apply makeup. It has silicone particles which help to even out the skin. It can be used with all types of skin, but it is not recommended to be used in conjunction with any other makeup or skincare products.

CC creams are the best choice for normal and dry skin types. They will make your skin look smoother and brighter. There are many great CC creams available, so it is important that you choose the right features for you.

Some of the best CC creams might contain:

Mineral-based sun-protection: Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are two examples of mineral-based protection.

  • Skin protectors: These may include vitamins or antioxidants.
  • Natural skin brighteners: Licorice root and Niacinamide are natural skin brighteners.
  • Hydrolyzed collagen, peptides and other skin-firming agents are effective.
  • Soothing agents: Green tea, shea butter and soy are some natural skin-soothing ingredients.
  • Ingredients such as silica, charcoal, and colloidal clay can be used to control oily skin.
  • Natural acne-control agents include tea tree extract, salicylic acid and colloidal clay.
  • Ingredients that moisturize: These ingredients include glycerin and panthenol as well as hyaluronic acids and ceramides.

Make Your Face Cleanse

CC creams work best when applied to freshly cleansed and dried skin. Although we’ve been washing our face since our childhoods, let’s take a look at some suggestions from the American Academy of Dermatology.

First, avoid washing your face too often. Most people should wash their face every other day. Too often washing your skin can cause irritation and dry out your skin. If you’ve been sweating profusely, particularly if your helmet or hat has been covering you, it is important to wash your skin every day.

Use a mild, non-abrasive, and alcohol-free cleanser. Use lukewarm water to wash your face. Hot water can dilate blood vessels, damage tissue, and strip your skin of its vital oils. It’s not because your skin is too oily. Your skin will instead increase oil production to compensate for the loss.

Use your fingertips to gently apply cleanser. The skin can be irritated by rubbing it with a towel or using a sponge to apply the cleanser. Instead, wash your face with warm water and then dry it with a soft towel. Apply toner to oily skin with a soft cottonball.

Moisturize your skin. Moisturize your skin even if you have oily skin. However, oily skin will need to be moisturized. Before applying the CC cream, make sure your skin is clean and dry.

Use Your Favorite CC Cream

Most people apply CC cream to their entire face. It creates a smooth and even look. It can be applied only where you need coverage. However, it is important to blend it well to avoid it looking mottled.

Your hands should be washed and dried. Apply a small amount of CC cream to your face with your fingers. For full coverage, apply one dot to the forehead, one to the chin, one to the nose and one to each cheek. Blend the CC cream until you have even coverage.

Use your fingertips to mix the CC cream. Be gentle and not rub or scrubbing. This will protect your skin and save you money. To blend the CC cream, you can use a sponge or makeup brush. Make sure you wash your sponge or brush at least once a week.

Verify and correct

Most CC creams provide light coverage. You can apply a second layer of CC cream to certain areas if you need more coverage. A second, thinner coat will give you better coverage than one thick coat. Follow the same steps as before and blend well.

Once you are satisfied with the coverage, buff your skin with a large, fluffy round makeup brush. The brush must be clean. If you used a brush for applying the CC cream to your skin, you will need a new brush to buff it. To keep your brush clean, you should wash it at least once a week.

Use the brush to make small, gentle circles. Begin at your forehead, and work your way to your chin. To ensure there are no demarcation lines, pay attention to your hairline and jawline.

Apply powder and make-up if desired

Some people feel that CC cream alone can give them the look they desire. If you’re one of these people, it may be worth applying a little powder (yes another clean brush) to set your cream. This is especially helpful for people with oily skin.

You can use your favorite makeup to achieve more coverage and more color if you prefer. If you wish, foundation can be used on top of CC Cream. CC cream can be used as a primer and will enhance the look of your regular makeup. You can use the same foundation colors and cosmetics as usual. CC cream does not alter the color of your skin.
